Obituary for Buddy Lee Davis

Buddy Davis, 50, of Muscatine, passed away on Saturday, April 19, 2014, at the All American Care Center in Muscatine. Per Buddy’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Cremation rites have been facilitated by the FCS Life Transition and Cremation Center, located within Muscatine Memorial Park Cemetery. The Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services is caring for Buddy’s arrangements and his family. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.lewisfuneralhomes.com

Buddy Lee Davis was born on July 30, 1963, in Rock Island, Illinois, the son of Harry and Phyllis (Nichol) Davis. Buddy worked for H.J. Heinz and enjoyed fishing, working on puzzles, collecting Harley Davidson shirts and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle.

Buddy is survived by his mother, Phyllis Cruz of Muscatine; father, Harry Davis and wife, Becky Muscatine; siblings, Bobbie Stadalsky and special friend, Leo Shampu of Muscatine, Donna Phillips of Muscatine, Donald Davis of Muscatine, Connie Sue James of Ava, Missouri and Christina Rosa and husband, Alberto of Muscatine.

Buddy was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents, step-father, German Cruz and two brothers-in-law, Steven Phillips and Mackey James.
