Enrique  A. "Ricky"  Rivera
Enrique A. “Ricky” Rivera II, 32, of Muscatine, passed away on Saturday, October 11, 2014 at his home in Muscatine. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services. Visitation for Ricky will be held on Saturday from 1:00 P.M. until service time at the funeral home. A memorial fund has been etsablished at the funeral home in memory of Ricky. Enrique Alfredo Rivera II was born on October 13, 1981 in Augsburg, Germany. He enjoyed family, spending time with friends, video games, the X-Men and WWE. His superhero, Spiderman was always at his side. Ricky liked scary movies, music, chocolate, and especially pizza. His family will always remember his laughter, his smile, and a hug if you ever needed one. Once a friend of Ricky’s, you were a friend forever.

Ricky is survived and lovingly remembered by his parents, Leo and Bobbie Shampu of Muscatine; siblings, Ronald Stadalsky of Muscatine, Stephanie Lewis and husband, Ben, of Sumter, South Carolina, Bryan Shampu and wife, Mamie, of Mt. Vernon, Allison Eppard-Wilcots and husband, Jarrett, of Camp Springs, Maryland; maternal grandmother, Phyllis Cruz; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was predeceased in death by his maternal grandfather, German Cruz, and three uncles, Mack James, Bud Davis, and Steven Phillis Sr.
