Obituary for Eldon Leroy Estabrook
Eldon Leroy Estabrook was born on November, 9, 1937, in Muscatine, Iowa the son of Henry William and Gladys May (Dusenberry) Estabrook. On April 18, 1959, Eldon was united in marriage to Janice Arline Sindt in Muscatine. Eldon worked for Uptown Motors in Muscatine and also worked out of his home garage as a mechanic. Eldon enjoyed tinkering with cars, visiting with friends at his garage, fishing, camping, listening to his brothers-in-law play music and was a lover of dogs.
Eldon will be missed by his wife, Janice of Muscatine; children, Teresa Rife and husband, Dirk of Anabel, MO, Lori Hahn and husband, Casey of Atalissa, Christine Krummel and husband, James of Durant and Todd Estabrook of Muscatine; eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren and two sisters, Carol Hammaker and husband, Ronald of Illinois City and Pauline Morgan of Muscatine.
Eldon was preceded in death by his parents and three sisters, Bernice Phillips, Violet Fryermuth and Dorothy Rada.
